Salvation

I walk through Darkness
Like a Star that has Collapsed -- Upon Itself
The darkness Strangles
Pours through my Soul

I fall though the Darkness
The Wind that Whips my face
Is like the Razor Blade of Death
But still I am Alive

I wish to Die but then
I see a Light
It is the Deep Red of a Rose
A Gift of Love

The Light Calls my Soul
I Answer -- Tasting Finally
The Sweet Euphoria of Life
The Light turns White

Like the Purest Diamond
Shining though the liquid Darkness
Of my Soul to Reveal
Who I Really Am.
