Everyone’s Poetry: For Our Mother

Hiding between transparency,
We all know the conspiracy,

This world is a part of a clenching fist,
We are the cutters, The world is the wrist,

We feel it bleed, We see it die,
We hear it scream, But only some try,

They say the grass is green,
And the sky is blue,
Take a closer look,
Now do you believe that's true?

We will suffer with our mother,
We will die as she cries,
We will fight wars with our brothers,
We will live each day a lie,

Everyday will be the same,
I am a cutter, We're all to blame.
