Lastnight

Late last night,
Kari got mad,
There was no fight,
She was just sad.
She went for a walk,
For a mile and a half,
She called me to talk,
But she wouldn't laugh,
She got a fright,
When she saw snakes.
She lost day light,
There were no lakes.
When she got home,
And got to the door,
She hung up the phone,
And yelled at Rob more.
He said she was funny,
They cuddled close a fur,
I've never seen her so scared.
As last night when we talked.
A halter top and skirt she weared.
As down the road she walked.
She cleaned house all day,
He gave her no attention.
The price she would pay,
For some of his affection.
She finally got it,
After she screamed,
And threw a fit,
Then she beamed.
